About The Position

Full-time nursing faculty position in the Associate Degree Nursing program. This is a 10-month in-person position.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor of Science in Nursing required with willingness to obtain Master of Science in Nursing within four years.
• Must hold a current unencumbered license or privilege to practice as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and have a minimum of two (2) years full time or equivalent experience as a registered nurse within immediate past five (5) years and maintain expertise in the clinical or functional area of responsibility.
• Must be committed to teaching excellence, able to adapt to student learning needs, and perform as a member of a team.

• Master of Science in Nursing Education or must complete within 4 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Teaching responsibilities include classroom, clinical and campus laboratory instruction in the areas of nursing care throughout the lifespan.
• Team teaching and curriculum development
