The School of Education at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse is seeking applicants for the Associate Dean position with a start date of July 1, 2026. Applications received prior to the first review date will receive full consideration, and the search will continue on a rolling basis until the position is filled. The SOE Associate Dean holds a 12-month administrative appointment and reports directly to the SOE Dean, where they work collaboratively across campus to further the school mission by assisting programs in meeting learning outcomes that support student success. As a key member of the Dean’s leadership team, the Associate Dean is active in the school’s distributive leadership processes. A successful candidate will be excited about supporting the Dean in managing all academic and curriculum matters in collaboration with the department chairs and program directors across the SOE. The primary responsibilities include leading the annual accreditation; curriculum and assessment for all programs; enrollment management; grant review and approval; as well as supporting faculty, staff and students.
