Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited institution required. At least 5-10 years of significant leadership experience in medical education, student affairs, academic administration, or a related healthcare leadership environment. Approachable leadership style and proven ability to lead effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented setting. Superior organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Demonstrated commitment to fostering a supportive environment for all learners. Ability to exercise mature, independent judgment. Strong attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent task and priority management skills; ability to oversee multiple initiatives and events concurrently. Extensive computing experience and proficiency with software including Microsoft Office, Google suite, Qualtrics, Zoom, and student information systems.
