This position reports to the VP of Customer Success; it is a great role for someone excited about learning how to bridge the gap between our clients on the one hand and the Product, Sales, and Engineering teams on the other, keeping everyone up to speed on new developments, client requests, and technical challenges. You'll be joining a company making a positive impact on the digital media market using evidence-based metrics to increase the transparency of media quality. This is a fully remote position within the United States, with opportunities to connect with colleagues at our New York office. Compensation: This role includes a competitive compensation package with a base salary and performance-based variable incentives that make up approximately 15% of total On-Target Earnings (OTE). OTE Range: $60,000-$70,000 Performance-based incentives have the potential to exceed the stated OTE.
