Role reports to: Manager SC Trade Promo Activation Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Associate Customer Promotions Manager (ACPM) leads the planning, execution, and evaluation of display and merchandising strategies for the Food and Dollar classes of trade (e.g., Albertsons, HEB, Meijer, Publix, Dollar General) across the Kenvue portfolio. This role serves as the merchandising and display expert, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Trade Customization, Supply Chain, and agency partners to deliver high impact, insight driven display programs. The ACPM manages forecasting, budget allocation, executional excellence, and performance measurement to drive sales, ROI, and category growth.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • +3 years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or Supplier Experience
  • Experience in customer sales, business analytics, trade customization, or trade marketing
  • Proven success operating in a complex, matrixed, fast paced environment
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to align stakeholders across levels
  • Strong organizational, documentation and communication skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills tailored to diverse audiences
  • Ability to deliver data driven, persuasive presentations and recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Trade Promotion Execution Deliver accurate display forecasts, budget targets, and OGSP objectives for assigned customers and brands.
  • Develop, execute, and evaluate custom display programs aligned with customer strategies and business priorities.
  • Lead trade promotion planning for defined brands/customers, influencing go to market plans, product launches, and commercialization activities.
  • Act as the liaison across Sales, Marketing, Creative Agencies, and cross functional teams, bringing forward customer insights and ensuring alignment on display strategy.
  • Provide competitive and retailer specific insights to shape display and merchandising recommendations.
  • Support secondary packaging initiatives and cross-functional commercial programs.
  • Uphold 4P excellence across all display executions.
  • Participate in special projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Business Planning Partner with customer teams during the annual business planning cycle, delivering insights, analytics, timelines, and communication guidance for display needs.
  • Coordinate trade promotional display plans with Customer Development, Brand, and Customer Strategy teams—grounded in shopper and consumer insights.
  • Communicate key merchandising strategies to internal and field teams, ensuring alignment within a cross functional environment Track, measure, and report performance of instore display programs.
  • Support Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies to improve top and bottom-line results.
  • Manage display investment budgets for assigned channels, customers, and brands.
  • Analytics & Performance Management Analyze execution and performance of display programs; translate insights into recommendations to optimize ROI, profitability, and execution.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and cross functional partners on forecasting, inventory management, and promotional planning.
  • Use LYNX, PRF, and other trade systems to manage spending and improve P&L performance.
  • Provide assortment and secondary placement merchandising recommendations.
  • Conduct post event financial evaluations, including ROI, sell through, profitability, and SLOB assessment.
  • Customer Team Engagement Maintain ongoing, proactive communication with Sales and cross functional partners to ensure alignment of budgets, forecasts, business strategies, and execution plans.
  • Support flawless execution through customer engagement and periodic instore visits.
  • Leadership & Collaboration Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented culture across internal teams.
  • Drive cross functional problem-solving and alignment to elevate display execution quality.
