In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring excellent customer experience through accurate order processing, issue resolution, and close collaboration with internal teams. As a Customer Support Associate, you will support customers throughout the order management lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and continuous improvement while acting as a key liaison between customers and internal partners. This role reports to the Customer Support Leadership team and does not have direct reports.
