About The Position

Reporting to the Manager Customer Logistics, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to meet business needs across the Customer Logistics function. You will gather and interpret data, communicate insights to stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements that enhance decision making and operational execution. You will work across functions in a dynamic environment while demonstrating sound judgment and strong cross functional partnership. Create reporting and metrics and provide analysis that drives action and resolution. Present findings in ways that enable understanding, alignment, and informed decisions. Document business processes and recommend enhancements. Exercise judgment in financial, operational, or transactional analysis to resolve issues. Operate effectively in an ambiguous and evolving business environment. Organize and prioritize multiple activities at once. Work independently and in cross‑functional teams. Partner across geographies and cultures. Influence and collaborate with peers to achieve outcomes through others. Serve as an escalation contact for internal and external partners. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field or up to three years of related business experience.
  • Concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with intellectual curiosity.
  • Self‑starter who works independently with general supervision.
  • Capacity to apply critical thinking.
  • Proficient PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Up to 25% domestic and international travel may be required.
  • Comfortable working in a fun, agile, fast‑paced business environment.
