Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 1-2 years of event management experience
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for employees and managers at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and provide support to the Manager, Culture & Events to maintain Tower’s unique culture
  • Support all day-to day event operations in the main NY office & provide remote support for all offices in the AMER region as needed
  • Provide creative input and share new ideas and improvements with the team
  • Assist with calendar management for all corporate events (sports activities, happy hours, family days, etc.) throughout the year
  • Research new events and evaluate effectiveness and participation of current events
  • Assist in drafting and updating written processes, standards, and procedures for the department
  • Publicize and draft communications for events including e-mails, signage, and other shared materials
  • Help manage vendor accounts, communication, and documentation
  • Coordinate with other teams including IT and Corporate Services on events
  • Assist with event logistics and set up
