About the Role: The CRM Associate supports marketing initiatives to drive subscriber engagement and retention. You will leverage new marketing technology, marketing channels and customer data in innovative ways to deploy effective lifecycle marketing campaigns and customer-centric journeys. This role and the CRM Marketing function is embedded within the Engagement & Retention Marketing team, and will work cross-functionally with teams across the organization (Subscriber Revenue, Retention, Marketing Operations, Brand Marketing, Product etc..). Role based in New York City, NY. Must work from the NYC office 3x a week (Tuesday through Thursday).
