We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Credit Advisory Document Support Representative II to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Prepare legal reviews and analysis of client-provided documentation such as trusts, wills and entity formation documentation to determine authorized signers and recommend appropriate loan structure to minimize risk to the bank. Will initially handle the less complex transactions for reviews. Prepare loan documentations as requested from the Private Banking Secured Lending and Structured Lending teams in compliance with Risk approval and policies, internal legal guidelines, and all government regulations and guidelines, meeting requested turnaround times. This position can handle the larger, more complex document requests including those with corporations, partnerships and other legal entities as borrower, pledgor or guarantor. Consult with lenders, business development officers, internal counsel to understand, articulate and document the requests. Also consults with Loan Administration, Treasury Shared Services, Letters of Credit, and other areas to facilitate a transaction. Processing of payment change requests. Review and audit loan documents prepared by other Analysts for completeness and accuracy prior to mailing to clients. Audit executed documents, following up with Bankers or clients for corrections or missing items, process for activation by Loan Servicing and prepare for transport to the vault for storage. No direct reports; acts as SME for less experienced document custody Support staff, as needed. May provide on-the-job training. Responsible for the quality and completion of own work. Work is focused on multiple clients.

Requirements

  • BS/BA
  • 2-4 years related industry experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Paralegal certification preferred.
