The Associate Creative Director, Digital Art will join the creative team, bringing a strong background in art direction, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for digital work. This role involves working closely with the Creative Director and other team members to develop and execute visually compelling digital work that aligns with brand vision, works within a Design System, and utilizes a component library. The position requires a hands-on creator and strategic leader who can do the work, elevate it, and lead the team, ensuring creative output is strategic, consistent, and delivered smoothly across teams. The individual will guide the creative vision to align with brand strategy and business goals, elevate ideas, and maintain brand consistency across all deliverables. Exceptional systems thinking and art direction talent within a multimedia landscape are essential. The role demands curiosity, an unquenchable thirst for knowledge to sculpt converting digital experiences, and the ability to inspire by knowing and setting trends in visual design. The ACD will push creative boundaries, lead and collaborate within a team, present creative solutions eloquently, anticipate and adjust for problems, and contribute to the health of the Creative department by growing new business, leveraging industry insights, and developing client brands. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience
  • 8+ years of digital, print, traditional and trade marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and all that it entails: disease state and product science, therapeutic industry standards, legal restrictions and competitive markets
  • Must be highly digital, understand design systems and digital components and working with Figma and pattern libraries.
  • DAOR experience is required
  • Able to handle resourcing for direct reports with fast turnarounds
  • Knowledge and background in working with therapeutic clients
  • Book of strategic and beautiful work
  • Management and supervisory skill set
  • Understanding of both the creative and strategic aspects of advertising and leadership
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Suite
  • Figma expert

  • Be a core contributor, responsible for the health of the Creative department, finding ways to grow new business, leveraging industry insights and further developing our clients’ brands and helping them move to better ways of working.
