About The Position

The Associate Creative Director, Digital Art will join the creative team to develop and execute visually compelling digital work that aligns with brand vision, works within a Design System, and utilizes a component library. This role requires a hands-on creator and strategic leader who can do the work, elevate it, and lead the team, ensuring creative output is strategic, consistent, and delivered smoothly across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
  • 8+ years of digital, print, traditional and trade marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and all that it entails: disease state and product science, therapeutic industry standards, legal restrictions and competitive markets
  • Must be highly digital, understand design systems and digital components and working with Figma and pattern libraries
  • DAOR experience is required
  • Able to handle resourcing for direct reports with fast turnarounds
  • Knowledge and background in working with therapeutic clients
  • Book of strategic and beautiful work
  • Management and supervisory skill set
  • Understanding of both the creative and strategic aspects of advertising and leadership
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Suite
  • Figma expert

Responsibilities

  • Guide the creative vision so work aligns with brand strategy and business goals.
  • Elevate ideas—push teams beyond the obvious, refine concepts, and maintain quality.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
  • Think AND execute, demonstrating exceptional systems thinking and art direction talent within a multimedia landscape.
  • Be curious, with an unquenchable thirst for knowledge — of the problem, the possible solutions and our target — in order to sculpt the digital experiences that convert.
  • Inspire, knowing the trends and innovations in visual design and setting the stage for the next wave.
  • Push the envelope, leveraging industry knowledge and creative abilities to push past the safe option into compelling, uncharted territories.
  • Be a leader and team player, guiding creative and collaborating as part of a larger team in an ever-changing environment.
  • Present the vision, eloquently explaining every aspect of a creative solution and how it solves the client challenge, including leading rock-solid pitch efforts and presentation prowess.
  • Rock a can-do attitude, anticipating and adjusting for problems and roadblocks throughout any stage of the creative process.
  • Be a core contributor, responsible for the health of the Creative department, finding ways to grow new business, leveraging industry insights and further developing clients’ brands and helping them move to better ways of working.
