As an Associate Creative Director - Copy, you will play a hands-on role in concepting and creating big-idea activations for social and integrated campaigns for a leading fintech company. This is a doing role, not a purely leadership position—you'll be deeply involved in every phase of creative development, from ideation through production. Working under the direction of a Creative Lead, you'll collaborate across multiple projects at once, partnering with teams to deliver bold, social-first ideas that resonate. You bring strong conceptual thinking, exceptional writing skills, and a deep understanding of organic social and digital experiences. You're comfortable generating multiple concepts independently, leading production, and managing diverse voices and perspectives with flexibility and patience.
