About The Position

We are Gupta Media. For the past 25 years, we’ve driven performance marketing for the biggest brands in the world — Disney, Fender, Amazon, and Sony Music, to name a few. We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director, a strong visual leader who brings ideas to life through design, art direction, and craft. This role is for someone who thinks strategically but leads visually, partnering closely with copy, strategy, and client teams to create work that performs and stands out. In this role, you’ll help shape the visual direction of Gupta’s creative work, lead art direction across campaigns, and mentor designers to consistently raise the bar. You’ll also support new business efforts and client growth by bringing sharp visual thinking, strong presentation skills, and a collaborative mindset to every engagement. You are… ...A visually driven and conceptual creative leader with a strong point of view on design, layout, motion, and emerging visual trends, with the ability to push work from good to great. ...A digital-first art director who creates compelling visual systems and executions across social, digital, and integrated campaigns. ...A hands-on leader who guides creative teams from concept through delivery, offering clear visual direction and practical feedback. ...A strong collaborator who partners naturally with copywriters, editors, strategists, and media to shape ideas and own their visual expression. ...A confident communicator who can clearly explain visual decisions and creative rationale to internal teams and clients.
