We are looking for an Associate Creative Director to join our team as a skilled individual contributor with management experience, overseeing our acquisition marketing experiences. The Associate Director is responsible for: Setting and executing the overall creative marketing strategy in acquisition campaigns across all channels (may flex to other servicing areas as needed). Maintaining creative marketing assets across landing pages and other web-based assets, in-app marketing, emails, and print assets, ensuring high standard of quality and creative cohesion at every touchpoint. Collaborating cross-functionally with product marketing, strategy, and external partners to both implement new campaigns and optimize existing ones for performance, targeting, and conversion. Leading creative work with external partners, ensuring high quality and on time delivery. Staying informed on industry trends and customer behaviors to inform creative decisions Maintaining and innovating on the BrightWay design system. As a senior team member you're also an integral part of running our marketing and design teams on a daily basis. You're mentoring junior team members and helping to define your team's process such as critiques and team meetings, ensuring an engaged, supported, and productive team.
