We are seeking an experienced Creative Services Director to lead the design strategy for MetroNational’s in-house creative team delivering branding, marketing, and collateral for executives, events, community, development and leasing across office, retail, multifamily, hospitality, and medical. In addition, the Director will manage workflow and prioritize creative needs across all MetroNational teams as well as support brand projects with outside agencies. They will lead and inspire our creative team in the development and execution of high-impact materials. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and creative problem-solver with a strong background in design, content, and multimedia production. They will also manage all projects requiring market research utilizing both internal and external research tools, including TruTrade and Placer.ai. They will oversee all aspects of creative development, ensuring brand consistency, innovation, and excellence across all platforms. This role will report to the VP of Marketing.
