Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in corporate transactional work at a top -tier law firm.
• Strong interest in developing or continuing a practice in corporate tax.
• A JD from a top U.S. or Canadian law school and a sharp analytical mind.
• Experience in tax law is a significant plus, but not a must—curiosity and drive are key.

Responsibilities

• Advise on high -stakes private equity M&A, joint ventures, and fund restructurings.
• Work alongside leaders in transactional tax planning and investment structuring.
