About The Position

The Corporate Development Associate will play a critical role in Millennium’s M&A and market expansion strategy. This individual will lead reporting and analytics for the M&A function, develop acquisition pro formas, evaluate new market entry opportunities, and provide decision-support insights to executive leadership and the Board. This role offers broad exposure across Corporate Development, Business Development, Integrations, Value-Based Care, Recruiting, and IT — making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in healthcare strategy and private equity-backed growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, healthcare strategy, or FP&A
  • Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience building presentation materials for executive audiences
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • M&A Reporting & Executive Communication
  • Own recurring reporting for M&A pipeline and Growth KPIs
  • Present deal pipeline trends, performance metrics, and capital deployment analysis to executive leadership, parent company, and Board
  • Develop dashboards tracking acquisition performance and post-close outcomes
  • Financial Modeling & Deal Analysis
  • Build and maintain pro forma financial models for acquisitions and de novo opportunities
  • Analyze expected capital outlays, return profiles (IRR/MOIC), payback periods, and EBITDA impact
  • Support underwriting and investment committee materials
  • Market Entry & Strategic Analysis
  • Evaluate new MSAs using demographic, payer mix, Medicare Advantage penetration, and competitive data
  • Identify strategic entry points (acquisition, affiliate, JV, de novo)
  • Prioritize markets based on growth, margin potential, and competitive positioning
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Business Development, Recruiting, Integrations, IT, and Value-Based Care teams
  • Support post-transaction monitoring and variance analysis
  • Maintain CRM/salesforce database and deal pipeline integrity
  • Strategic Ad Hoc Analysis
  • Provide analytical support on affiliate platform, growth assumptions, practice performance, and capital allocation decisions
  • Assist in Board materials and investor reporting
