Grubhub’s Corporate Accounts team empowers companies to master one of their most overlooked spend categories: food. We provide a centralized platform for everything from individual meals to large-scale catering, backed by reliable delivery and consolidated billing. As part of the Sales organization, the Onboarding team is responsible for driving rapid platform adoption and managing critical order triage for new Enterprise accounts. As an Onboarding Associate, you will spend 15+ hours per week on phones/zooms with customers. You’ll be the engine behind the client’s first 30 days, ensuring a seamless transition from a signed contract to a fully active account. You will manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, focusing on reducing time-to-first-order, monitoring real-time activation metrics to prevent ‘failed starts’, and identifying expansion opportunities during the initial launch. Reporting to the Onboarding Team Lead, you will act as a critical link between Sales and Client Success, driving the speed and stickiness of new partnerships.
