e.l.f. Beauty is seeking an Associate Manager, Community to help lead and evolve engagement across our rapidly growing global community. This role will play a critical part in shaping how e.l.f. connects with its audience across social platforms â transforming real-time consumer interaction into meaningful brand relationships, cultural relevance, and actionable business insights. The Associate Manager, Community will own day-to-day community engagement strategy and execution across social channels, while partnering cross-functionally with Social, Influencer, Brand Marketing, PR, and Customer Experience teams to ensure a cohesive and best-in-class consumer experience. The ideal candidate is deeply embedded in social culture and the beauty landscape, brings a strong editorial and brand voice, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. This individual combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, using community insights to inform content, campaigns, and broader marketing decisions.
