About The Position

About the Team DoorDash’s Commerce Platform powers merchants with the tools they need to grow and operate their businesses—both in-store and online. Drive On-Demand is a key component of this platform, providing white-label fulfillment solutions for merchants across verticals such as restaurants, grocers, and retailers. As part of the Commerce Platform Logistics team, we own cost and quality for the Restaurant (Rx) business—ensuring that DoorDash Commerce Platform is the most reliable way for merchants to reach their customers through their first-party channels. This means improving fulfillment quality, reducing operating costs, and building scalable solutions to enhance customer and merchant experiences. The next day, you could be deep-diving into customer satisfaction (CSAT) data to uncover the root causes of customer pain points and leading an experiment to drive real-world improvements.
