The Associate Client Services Specialist supports the client services management team and designated clients by performing a variety of tasks, including gathering information and facilitating general client interactions. This role utilizes multiple systems to monitor and resolve service-related items, ensuring timely completion of service requests, annual non-discrimination testing, and other compliance-related items. The specialist will also work closely with 401(k) colleagues for continued education and development of 401(k) technical knowledge.
