As an Associate, Client Service Transfer Coordinator in our retirement client onboarding service area, you'll be responsible for independently establishing and maintaining strong relationships with prior providers to effectively transition clients to Principal's retirement plans. Your day will be filled with: Working with prior providers to confirm data gathering and transmission needs to assure timely and accurate transition of transfer funds for emerging to medium sized plans. Working closely with Transition Managers as well as other team members to collaborate and ensure all prior records transition smoothly and accurately. Identifying any issues with the prior data for resolution involving the Transition Manager and client. Communicating with external clients, Advisors, and TPA's during transition of retirement plan. Provide mentoring and training to internal and external customers. Make recommendations for procedure updates.
