Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited college or university. One quarter of certified Clinical Pastoral Education through ACPE, Inc., or NACC.
  • MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Active congregational ministry experience
  • REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Ecclesiastical endorsement or recommendation by local faith congregation.

Nice To Haves

  • PREFERRED EDUCATION: Master of Divinity degree from an accredited theological school. One year residency from an accredited ACPE center
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Clinical pastoral experience of two (2) years
  • PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Certification by the Association of Professional Chaplains or it's affiliate cognate group. Ecclesiastical endorsement by faith group. Ordained by faith group.
