Under the direction of the Director of Lead Conversion, the Associate Channel Manager of Marketing Automation supports the planning, execution, reporting and optimization of both automated marketing programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and AI-based phone and SMS campaigns. This role is responsible for building customer journeys, deploying targeted campaigns, ensuring data accuracy, providing detailed executive-level reporting and impact, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive engagement, lead conversion, and personalized customer experiences.
