About The Position

At Joseph’s Classic Market, our Catering Associates play an important role in ensuring every catering order is prepared with care, packaged accurately, and delivered on time. From assisting customers with their selections to coordinating with multiple departments behind the scenes, this role helps bring our quality and service beyond the store and into our customers’ homes, offices, and special events. Responsibilities

Assist in taking and entering customer catering orders accurately
Provide menu information and answer customer questions about catering options
Prepare and package catering items according to established standards
Help coordinate and communicate order details with other departments
Support the delivery team by helping load catering orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the catering prep area
Ensure proper labeling and presentation of catering items
Provide courteous and efficient customer service
Assist with deliveries as needed (must have valid driver’s license)
Perform additional tasks as directed by the Catering Manager or store leadership
