About The Position
As a Colorado Works Workforce Case Manager/Workforce Associate Case Manager, you will play an important role in working with families to gain greater stability. In this position, you will be responsible for working with families to assess eligibility needs and provide resources to amplify their success. You will have the opportunity to empower families to overcome the challenges they meet on their journey to becoming self-sufficient and work to resolve concerns in a friendly, efficient, and empathetic manner.
