Job Summary: Responsible for providing detailed structuring work and pricing new business and existing business managed portfolios; work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate financing relationships; analyze financial data, and support strategic initiatives on behalf of corporate funding partners; assist the Capital Markets management with existing and new financing structures and lender relationships; collect, structure, and analyze customer performance data to aggregate key financial metrics to develop risk / reward decisions; review and prepare daily and monthly borrowing base reports across multiple credit facilities that are shared with lenders and equity holders; collaborate with internal departments to respond to lender inquiries by gathering and analyzing data, validating it and resolving discrepancies; develop and refine asset pricing models, and run sensitivity analysis to determine acceptable pricing parameters; utilize and apply knowledge of investment banking, Financial Statement Analysis, Credit Analysis, Financial Modeling, Excel, Power Point, securitization structures, Investment Valuation and Analysis, principles of corporate finance, financial case studies, and fixed income securities models to perform assigned duties; assist in compiling comprehensive monthly reports for both GSCF and various funding vehicles for internal and external stake holders detailing financial and operational performance; and update pricing exhibits for customers on a recurring basis, as well as update pricing schedules as new transactions are added.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's – Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Financial Market Regulation, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree).

  • Other Requirements: Must have completed one (1) academic semester of coursework or research work that included the use of all the following: Financial Statement Analysis, Credit Analysis, Financial Modeling, Excel, PowerPoint, securitization structures, Investment Valuation and Analysis, principles of corporate finance, financial case studies, and fixed income securities models.
  • Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
