As an Associate C&P Brand Manager, you will support the development and execution of brand strategies across our North American Converting & Printing portfolio, including Williamsburg, Accent, and Springhill. You’ll play a key role in driving brand growth, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring consistent brand positioning across customer touchpoints. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of annual brand strategies for Williamsburg, Accent, and Springhill
  • Assist in defining brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions across North American brands and global brands being imported
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing materials
  • Monitor brand performance and recommend optimizations
  • Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and direct mail channels
  • Coordinate campaign execution with internal teams and external partners
  • Support content development, including sales tools, collateral, and promotional materials
  • Assist in planning and executing trade shows, customer events, and industry activations
  • Utilize HubSpot to create targeted emails
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity
  • Support research initiatives to identify growth opportunities and customer needs
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for brand and product strategy
  • Partner with sales teams to develop tools and resources that drive customer engagement
  • Support creation of presentations, product guides, and training materials
  • Help align brand messaging with customer segments and go-to-market strategies
  • Manage the data integrity withing HubSpot and become a HubSpot SME to support the selling process
  • Assist in managing product lifecycle activities, including launches, updates, and discontinuations
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with product management, supply chain, and operations
  • Help ensure alignment between brand strategy and product offerings
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, market share, and campaign effectiveness
  • Develop regular reports and dashboards to communicate results and insights utilizing HubSpot
  • Support budget tracking and marketing spending optimization and utilize Coupa to submit required payments
  • Work closely with internal teams including sales, product management, supply chain, legal, sample center, and communications
  • Coordinate with external agencies, printers, OEMs, merchants, and vendors as needed
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing marketing team environment
