About The Position

The Business Operations Support Specialist will serve as a trusted support person across Enterprise Service’s functional areas including Operations Project Management, Human Resources and other teams as needed. Working with functional area managers, you will support day-to-day operations as well as special projects. Seeking a versatile high-performing individual eager to apply skills across a wide range of operational and strategic activities. Must be highly motivated with superior organizational skills, an eye for detail, a collaborative attitude, and the ability to keep pace with a fast-changing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field; experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Business operations experience of 1-3 years preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot)
  • Project management experience including management of multiple workstreams

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the performance of day-to-day activities and special projects as assigned across CHP teams with a primary focus on project management support and human resources activities.
  • Responsibilities may include creating PowerPoint presentation material, coordinating across teams to manage the preparation of internal and external deliverables, supporting the contracts team, creating surveys, benefits administration, new hire onboarding and similar duties
  • The individual will partner with functional area managers to execute annual corporate and departmental goals
  • Comply with all information privacy and security policies as specified in the “Consortium Health Plans Information Privacy & Security Policy Manual”
