This is an exciting opportunity to be a key contributor to Mastermind’s continued growth. As an Associate Business Development Manager, you will independently drive all early‑stage sales activities within a designated rural territory—including sourcing prospects, conducting outbound engagement, scheduling and delivering virtual product demonstrations, and generating qualified opportunities across dealerships of all sizes. This role is fully remote, with the opportunity for quarterly in‑person travel for dealership visits, onsite meetings, or internal team events.
