About The Position

Paradigm is in search of an Associate Business Systems Analyst to work for our client in the legal services industry. The Associate Business Systems Analyst serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality data deliverables. This role is responsible for analyzing and validating data, supporting production workflows, and maintaining clear communication across teams to ensure client and operational needs are met. Type: 12 month contract Location: Remote Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, PTO, and sick days.

Requirements

  • ​Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)
  • Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non technical audiences
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Professional judgment, discretion, and commitment to following established processes and standards
  • Experience supporting data driven production environments
  • Familiarity with data quality, audit ability, and governance concepts
  • Experience working in a cross functional or client-facing role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, validate, and assess data using tools such as Excel, SQL Server, and related technologies to ensure business and client requirements are met
  • Perform data quality checks, reconciliations, and validations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of deliverables before release
  • Support ongoing production processes by monitoring data workflows, identifying anomalies, and coordinating resolution of issues
  • Follow established software development standards, processes, methodologies, and departmental policies when performing all work
  • Accurately track, log, and report time, progress (% complete), and service request (SR) comments in accordance with Data Services policies
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, leadership, Project Managers, and external stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external partners
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve data processes, documentation, and operational efficiency
