Humana’s Marketing organization is seeking a Brand Management Associate to join the team working remote. The Brand Sponsorship & Experiential Team leads the strategy and execution of sponsorships, events, digital activations, wellness initiatives, thought leadership, and experiential storytelling campaigns—all designed to elevate Humana’s brand presence and deepen relationships across communities nationwide. From national sports sponsorships to vibrant local events, our work builds trust, drives consumer connections, and brings our brand to life in powerful, human-centered ways. Key Role Functions Plan and execute brand experience campaigns, events, and programs to engage audiences and build loyalty Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and recommend improvements Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for successful activations Oversee and enhance the sponsorship governance process Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring innovative ideas to life Support creative development and strategic planning for brand activations Ensure initiatives align with brand strategy and compliance standards Your Impact You are a team player: Build strong working relationships with internal/ external partners You are detail-oriented and organized: Oversee brand activation assets, deliverable timelines across multiple projects You are a strategic thinker: Understand brand objectives and leverage data/ measurement to achieve impactful results You are a self-starter: Proactive and self-motivated approach, commitment to taking ownership, anticipating needs, and continuously refining processes You are customer obsessed: Commitment to creating positive, memorable experiences for current and prospective members You love the art and science of marketing: Passion for both creative innovation and analytical evaluation Use your skills to make an impact

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand, experiential, or related fields
  • Proven ability to plan and execute brand activations, campaigns, and events that drive engagement and brand loyalty
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing tactics including digital, content, and experiential strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing performance metrics
  • Ability to thrive in an agile environment and manage and prioritize diverse projects
  • Demonstrated ability to work virtually, be self-directed and motivated, and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to support campaign delivery and optimization

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing sponsorships, partnerships, and brand activations in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries
  • Exposure to campaign briefing, reporting, and optimization processes
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments
  • Background in creative development, strategic planning, or experiential storytelling
