The purpose of this job is to support the Manager, Brand Marketing and assist in the development and execution of brand marketing strategies across all company channels. This role is essential in strengthening brand equity by assisting in the development and execution of fully integrated marketing programs. The position requires close partnership with the Manager, Brand Marketing on the development of category marketing strategies, ensuring that marketing programs are delivered on time and on budget. Additionally, the role involves managing agency partners by actively participating in agency meetings and providing feedback, developing project briefs, managing projects, and ensuring that outputs support brand strategy. The candidate will also collaborate on the creative process, including copy writing, graphic design, and digital design, while evaluating and tracking campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities. Analyzing research to build insights-driven marketing programs and understanding category and competitive trends is also a key responsibility. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional team members to drive overall brand strategy and maintaining competitive analysis through store and market visits. The candidate is expected to model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose, ensuring that guests and team members are supported at the highest level, and ensuring compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
