About The Position
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Associate Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at Karbach Brewing. In this role, you will manage and execute brand strategies, marketing programs, and cross-functional collaborations to drive growth and strengthen Karbach's presence in the market. As the voice of the brand, you'll oversee brand performance, lead consumer insights, and support innovation and advertising initiatives. You'll play a key role in portfolio strategy, trade marketing, and event support, while utilizing strong analytical, project management, and communication skills to drive profitable growth and brand excitement.
