About The Position

Nexon America is seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Brand Manager to join our marketing team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the Brand Marketing team by crafting, executing, and optimizing marketing programs and promotions across multiple channels. The position is based in El Segundo, CA, and operates under a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance 2-3 times a week. The Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for planning, defining, and leading brand campaigns that align with business objectives, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the success of marketing strategies, particularly in expanding our global reach in the North American region. In this role, the Associate Brand Manager will manage the production and approval of communication materials, facilitate communication with external vendors and agencies, and handle incidental duties and special projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing or product management, particularly within the digital advertising industry, and will possess a deep understanding of gaming. Experience in partnering with global teams and product development teams to represent market requirements is essential, as is the ability to take products through their full lifecycle and develop effective go-to-market strategies. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to build compelling narratives and simplify marketing messaging for diverse audiences. Effective project management skills in a fast-paced environment are crucial, along with proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and a strong command of the MS Office Suite. The Associate Brand Manager will be solution-focused, with robust problem-solving abilities and a keen understanding of marketing principles and production processes. Eagerness to learn about procedures and products, as well as the ability to collaborate across organizational levels, will be key to thriving in this role.
