Bringing Home the Dough The Associate Brand Manager (Wonder and Regional Brands) will support the Brand Managers in growing Brand(s) and will play an essential role in helping Flowers reach its future growth targets. They will work closely with Consumer Insights team to relay important information to Brand Managers in order to create the short and long term Brand strategies. Incumbent must have experience in strategic roles and have the ability to strategically craft Consumer Insights into effective Brand strategies and messaging. Positions will ultimately gain broad exposure to all functional activities within a Brand including Consumer Insights, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance, which will result in strengthened marketing fundamentals and a holistic approach to driving business growth. Additionally, the Associate Brand Manager must be able to connect and build strong relationships with internal and external partners on a daily basis. Ultimately, an Associate Brand Manager must be able to learn what it takes to be a Brand Manager and interact in a dynamic environment with multiple functions which will equip him/her with the appropriate skills needed to transition to a Brand Manager as a next step on his/her career path.
