The Associate Brand Manager – US Do-It-For-Me Marketing plays a critical role in creating, implementing, and executing marketing programs and initiatives that drive sales and volume growth across Valvoline’s Direct (B2B) customer business. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Product Strategy & Management, Brand Management, Pricing & Analytics, and Category Management. Beyond supporting core brand priorities, this role delivers strong execution of marketing programs across regional accounts in select DMA’s, works closely with sales to advance key initiatives, and plays a key part in shaping growth strategies aligned with company objectives. In addition, the role will work closely with the Lead/Demand generation team to execute prospecting media campaigns across various channels.
