Associate Brand Manager

About The Position

This role will support a Brand Manager I, II and work to support assigned brands within the assigned Brand Management Team and / or portfolio. The individual is expected to understand basic catalog functions such as NIS, merges, variations, and image uploading, and is responsible for opening tickets in Zoho for the catalog team for various needs. They will also handle the entry of deals, coupons, and promos in both Seller Central and Vendor Central.

Requirements

  • 1-2 year(s) in a professional environment, agency or similar experience preferred
  • 1+ year(s) Amazon Vendor Central and/or Amazon Seller Central experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce and retail market channels
  • Associates Degree in Business, Economics, finance, communications or related field
  • Microsoft Proficiency: Display proficiency with Microsoft products including Outlook, BI, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
  • Tech competent
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excel and Retail Math Competency: Demonstrate competency in Excel and basic retail math.
  • Train for and pass Amazon Sponsored Ads certification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Understand and perform basic catalog functions - NIS, merges, Variations, uploading images
  • Opening tickets in zoho for catalog team: NIS, Catalog Scrub, A+ needs, Merges, etc.
  • Entering Deals, Coupons, Promos both Seller Central and Vendor Central
  • Owns Catalog/Content audit process - In charge of maintaining Master Catalog
  • Researching like items/products/price - competitive analysis
  • Removal of reseller listings in violations of intellectual property, trademark/copyright infringement or similar infractions
  • Ensuring top ASINS have live offers
  • Special Projects: Buy box loss, suppressed items, etc.
  • Help with ad hoc report requests
  • Compliance documents
  • Cost/Price changes
  • Delivery of monthly reporting for assigned brands
  • Basic Business/Amazon acronyms
  • Understand the Brand Registry
  • Customer Engagement: Recommend and execute strategies for generating customer reviews.
  • Meeting Preparation: Create agendas for meetings.
