At Shamrock Farms, we're doing dairy differently. We're seeking a motivated and curious Associate Brand Manager to join our brand team and help shape the future of Shamrock Farms across retail and food service channels. In this role, you'll manage multiple dairy categories with a general management mindset, balancing brand strategy, innovation, and commercial execution to drive growth and strengthen our connection with consumers and customers. You'll own initiatives end-to-end - from insight and strategy to activation and performance review - turning ideas into results that matter for both the business and the brand.

  • Lead Key Elements of Brand Management & Growth
  • Support brand strategy development and execution across multiple channels and support development of annual portfolio plans across the 6 Ps-positioning, product assortment, pricing, promotion, placement and packaging as consumer advocate and brand champion
  • Manage business performance across multiple dairy categories and retail channels, monitoring sales, share, and profitability to identify opportunities for growth
  • Conduct brand and product performance analyses, including market trends, SKU optimization, and innovation tracking
  • Translate data and consumer insights into clear, actionable strategies that drive portfolio growth and brand equity across base business and innovation
  • Cross-Functional Leadership to Deliver Results
  • Lead large cross-functional teams from initial project scoping and project kickoff through commercialization and post launch evaluation
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain to commercialize new products and execute initiatives across the business
  • Develop compelling customer sell-in materials, trade programs, and presentations to support both retail and foodservice partners
  • Collaborate with internal and agency partners to deliver impactful, on-brand marketing campaigns including brief development and analyzing campaign impact across earned/paid media
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Bachelor's degree & 2-4 years' experience in brand or product management, consumer marketing, or related CPG field (food, beverage, or dairy preferred) preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple categories and/or projects with a general management mindset, balancing strategy, innovation, and commercial execution
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data, generating insights, and proficient in Excel and other analytical tools
  • Self-starter with a desire to roll up sleeves, manage competing priorities and work tactically
  • Collaborative, organized, and capable of leading cross-functional teams to execute initiatives successfully
  • Ability to think fast and react in a fast paced, results driven environment
  • Passionate about food, dairy, and building brands that deliver meaningful experiences for consumers and customers
  • Must be able and willing to drive a car
  • Experience with syndicated data, panel and point-of-sale, preferred (Circana or Nielsen)
  • Prior P&L exposure preferred
