Reporting to our Global Markets Brand Manager, you will manage the development and implementation of portfolio strategies and processes, P&L and brand performance oversight, and product innovation and growth plans for our International export business outside of North America. You will collaborate with business development, finance, supply chain, R&D, Demand Sciences, Legal, external agencies, and other partners to guide critical portfolio processes and deliver results. Your Impact: Use multiple internal and external sources of data to identify and evaluate brand expansion opportunities and develop solutions. Manage relationships with internal Conagra brand teams and partners around the world to ensure Global Markets priorities are achieved. Lead cross-functional teams on projects including new product development, line extensions, packaging updates, and pricing strategy. Partner with consumer insights and R&D to develop consumer learning plans. Coordinate yearly brand planning and portfolio development. Travel as needed; 1–2 trips per year.
