About The Position

Reporting to our Global Markets Brand Manager, you will manage the development and implementation of portfolio strategies and processes, P&L and brand performance oversight, and product innovation and growth plans for our International export business outside of North America. You will collaborate with business development, finance, supply chain, R&D, Demand Sciences, Legal, external agencies, and other partners to guide critical portfolio processes and deliver results. Your Impact: Use multiple internal and external sources of data to identify and evaluate brand expansion opportunities and develop solutions. Manage relationships with internal Conagra brand teams and partners around the world to ensure Global Markets priorities are achieved. Lead cross-functional teams on projects including new product development, line extensions, packaging updates, and pricing strategy. Partner with consumer insights and R&D to develop consumer learning plans. Coordinate yearly brand planning and portfolio development. Travel as needed; 1–2 trips per year.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required with 3+ years of experience in brand marketing with P&L responsibilities
  • Business-to-Consumer (B2C) consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry experience in Brand Management or similar; food experience preferred but not required
  • Strategic and analytical capabilities using data to support business strategy and decisions
  • Experience leading teams and projects from start to finish, aligning business leadership at multiple levels of the organization and across geographies
  • Skilled at managing complexity, ambiguity, and intuitive decision-making
  • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to multi-task
  • Skilled at communicating and influencing various levels of the organization and across geographies

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in international markets is helpful but not required
