About The Position

As the Innovation Associate Brand Manager, you will play a vital role in bringing big ideas to life. Focused on the U.S. market, you’ll partner across functions to help define and deliver innovations that address unmet consumer needs, channel-specific opportunities, and emerging white spaces. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, innovation, or related roles (personal care experience a plus)
  • Strong project leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to think both creatively and analytically—balancing insight with execution
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for consumer behavior and emerging trends
  • Collaborative spirit with a bias for action and a drive to make things happen
  • Appreciation for aesthetics, design, and attention to detail
  • Courage to challenge norms and pursue bold ideas
  • A love for brands, innovation, and the beauty of solving consumer problems

Responsibilities

  • Champion Innovation: Drive end-to-end innovation projects tailored to U.S. market needs—bringing concepts to life across product, pack, positioning, and mix.
  • Shape Strategy: Support the development of long-term innovation roadmaps and identify white space opportunities that align with Degree’s U.S. brand vision.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Work cross-functionally with R&D, Consumer Market Insights, Customer Development, Performance Marketing, and Design to develop and deploy innovation that delivers impact.
  • Elevate Sustainability: Bring a sustainability lens to innovation, ensuring new products reflect our commitment to people and the planet.
  • Lead with Insight: Leverage consumer, cultural, and social insights to ensure our innovation is grounded in real human needs.
  • Execute with Excellence: Manage projects with agility, accountability, and attention to detail—from ideation through launch
