About The Position
Halloween is our #1 season and sits at the heart of the company, and we’re entering a pivotal moment as we rebuild the season for 2027. The Senior / Associate Manager will play a key role in shaping that strategy and guiding the cross-functional work that brings it to life, influencing how we grow and win across the business. The role calls for someone who can think strategically, manage complex work, and influence across a wide network. It also requires someone who is energized by owning outcomes, navigating ambiguity, and leading teams toward clear decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or product management within CPG (food preferred).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, influence without authority, and deliver strong results.
Responsibilities
- Build insight-driven recommendations and present them to senior leadership.
- Analyze the business environment across competitors, customers, and consumer trends to inform strategy and action plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovation, renovation, and other high-impact initiatives.
- Partner closely with Sales to strengthen retail strategy and execution across channels.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, and decision points with clarity and accountability.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, tailoring messages for a wide range of audiences.
- Demonstrate learning agility, a growth mindset, and the ability to operate with urgency and resilience during peak seasonal windows.
