These responsibilities include some of the following: Assist in the development of short- and medium-term brand strategies for Centrum. Measure performance and identify drivers and drainers across the business to drive marketing effectiveness and consumption growth. Own all Brand Reporting collaborating with cross functional team. Develop strategies, tactics, and lead execution of national brand programs, including consumer promotion, and shopper programs designed to engage consumers at retail. Build brand equity as measured by brand share performance and brand loyalty. Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that align with the brand strategy, including advertising, promotion, pricing and customer marketing strategy. Support media strategy and planning and its integration into the brand planning cycle. Work with external agencies to execute plans. Manage the brand budget to optimize spending.   • Bachelor's Degree in business and/or marketing
  • 2+ years prior industry experience in consumer product goods (CPG) or pharmaceutical
  • MBA
  • Demonstrated analytical ability to understand and report data to drive business decisions
  • Previous experience working with and/or managing vendors/Agencies
  • Prior experience in revenue growth management, route-to-market planning and analysis, category or shopper marketing, CPG sales, profit and loss analysis and performance against plan, brand/package contribution, brand portfolio management
  • Commercialization Experience (New Item Launch Experience)
