Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or project management; experience in food or consumer goods is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and business/financial acumen, with the ability to use data to drive insights and recommendations.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business and brand objectives.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Live in or be close to the Doraville GA area location

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in driving growth for the business, including delivering against P&L targets, market share growth, and brand health metrics.
  • Helps to lead  product initiatives and go-to-market execution by partnering with cross-functional teams including R&D, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, PMO, and Consumer Insights.
  • Assists in developing insight-driven marketing strategies, brand positioning, and innovation plans to support long-term category growth.
  • Helps to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and business performance to identify opportunities, risks, and growth strategies.
  • Participates and drives data analysis and reporting to generate insights and recommendations related to promotions, pricing, products, and other key initiatives.
  • Supports the development and execution of integrated marketing plans, partnering with creative teams on launch materials and retail marketing assets (e.g., in-store displays, digital product pages).
  • Monitors brand and category performance against business objectives and recommend adjustments to improve results and margins.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to support product development, commercialization, and ongoing brand initiatives.
