To reinforce the business and the desirability of a major fragrance brand, we seek a marketing professional to be responsible for the strategic development of a fragrance business globally. Along with the Vice President of Marketing, the Global Marketing Director for Marc Jacobs Fragrances, will play a leadership role in providing strategic guidance and marketing thought to deliver the most effective and innovative marketing plans for Marc Jacobs Fragrances (including new launches and existing portfolio), promotions, P&L and 360 toolkits. As our Global Brand Director, you are responsible for the innovation pipeline, P&L and 360 leadership. You are a well-rounded marketing professional with experience in the fragrance development, ideally with a background in selective distribution, to lead and evolve the brand presence globally, aligned to the broader strategies and objectives of the business.
