Juniper is Growing! We are seeking an Associate Branch Manager for our Commercial Landscape Maintenance Team. The overall responsibility of this position is to lead a dynamic team, ensuring the successful execution of maintenance contracts, landscape projects, and client satisfaction. This multifaceted position requires a blend of managerial expertise, industry knowledge and strong leadership skills. Requirements

  • 5+ years of landscaping or service industry experience required.
  • 3+ years of managing multi-million-dollar operations required.
  • Valid US driver’s license (or equivalent) and meet Motor Vehicle Record verification requirements.
  • Experience with business accounting and profit loss statements required.
  • Demonstrated skills in project and time management, team motivation
  • Possess or obtain CPCO (Certified Pet Control Operator) license within 9 months of employment.
  • BMP (Best Management Practices) certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in horticulture/other related field or business management preferred.
  • Experience in Aspire Landscape Operating System preferred.
