About The Position

Growing Law firm in Cleveland, Ohio has a need for an Associate Attorney. If you are looking to gain experience working alongside top litigators, this is the place for you. You will enjoy learning all stages of trial preparation and trial from start to finish and an opportunity to work with a seasoned team of experienced litigators. We represent a variety of clients from global corporations to small local businesses and individual clients in high-risk litigation and business disputes across the county. Requirements

1 or more years of related experience as an attorney
JD and Ohio Bar License

Responsibilities

Defense litigation
Trial preparation including strategy discussion, discovery, records review, client interview and witness preparation
Research into complex litigation areas
Take and defend depositions
Prepare and argue motions
Active Ohio Bar license required
