Requirements
- attorneys with at least one year of property insurance coverage and bad faith litigation experience
- tenacity, critical thinking skills, passion, and a desire to learn
- at least a year of experience in first-party property insurance litigation and/or coverage disputes
- stellar oral and written communication skills
- Georgia bar membership required
Responsibilities
- examination of first-party property insurance claims
- preparation of coverage opinion letters
- preparation of pleadings and discovery
- attendance at hearings, depositions, and trial
