Our Atlanta office is looking to add an attorney to our team, and we are accepting applications from attorneys with at least one year of property insurance coverage and bad faith litigation experience. Requirements
- at least one year of property insurance coverage and bad faith litigation experience
- stellar oral and written communication skills
- Georgia bar membership required
- This position is hybrid with a minimum requirement of two days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- examination of first-party property insurance claims
- preparation of coverage opinion letters
- preparation of pleadings and discovery
- attendance at hearings, depositions, and trial
